Tasting Notes

Don’t belive everything that you read - you can grow Pinot in Paso! Yes, even on the Eastside! This Pinot is characterized by aromas of cherry cola, vanilla, and ripe raspberries. You may find some nutmeg and earthy mushroom notes too. I would have to say that this wine should definitely prove my Point!

Cheers!
