Pale straw yellow with glinting edges of the same color.
Extraordinarily fresh and classic Loire Valley, with bright aromas of honeydew melon, pomello, sweet orange, subtle freshly crushed lemon thyme.
Ultra soft on entry, this wine glides across the palate, delivering flavors of grapefruit, subtle lemon peel, slate and lemon flower along the way.
Flavors really increase after the wine is swallowed. They persist for a long time before slowly tailing off.
Enjoy this refreshing wine with steamed mussels with fresh garlic. For a real treat, take this lovely wine along with you on a picnic, and enjoy with double or triple cream cheeses.
