A wine produced exclusively from our estate on Atlas Peak by Winemaker Scott Harvey, the 2004 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant balance between lush fruit and velvety tannins. This extremely limited production wine opens with intriguing aromas of blackberry jam and currant, then is layered with clove and eucalyptus characteristics. On the palate, the dense berry is accompanied by red licorice, tobacco, and a hint of bay leaf. Hints of spice and dusty earth linger on the long and luxurious finish.
