Remy Ferbras Ventoux
2011 Red Wine
Rich and smooth, today’s round, soft and voluptuous 2011 Remy Ferbras Ventoux shows excellent balance. It is at once earthy and fruity - while maintaining its composure.
Classically elegant southern Rhone, this blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsaut shows off the component varietals, highlighting the best from each grape.
A budget-friendly and food-fantastic wine, we offer this great QPR wine to you with our smoothest recommendation!
Dark and rich with a dark heart of rich garnet.
Blackberry pie, stewed cherry, bramble berry and dried blueberry with a clean spice melange. After a few minutes, additional aromas of sweet rolling tobacco and dried thyme reveal themselves.
Chewy on entry, but then almost instantly smooth, with black cherry, hibiscus tea, black tea leaf, braised plum, leather, flint and subtle spice.
Mouthwatering and lush with very long sustaining flavors. Dark berries and supple leather last to the very end.
If you want a most elegant pairing, enjoy this wine with a saffron risotto with wild mushrooms.
