Our 2012 Maroon Oak Knoll District Chardonnay was harvested from the Oak Knoll District on September 27, 2012. This wine was whole cluster pressed, then cold-fermented in tanks with minimal oak and no malolactic fermentation. With this wine, we were looking to express the natural varietal character of the fruit.

The wine has rich aromas of ripe citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is nicely balanced with citrus fruits and hints of ripe tropical fruits. There is a nice acidity that maintains the wines freshness from start to finish.
