This Chianti Classico is produced from specially selected Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of the Chianti Classico appellation, the most ancient Chianti area. Fully mature grapes are crushed immediately after harvest. When the primary fermentation is complete, the wine is racked in Slovenian oak casks, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for a minimum period of 24 months. The refinement is completed in dark bottles.
