Saint Gregory Brut Blanc de Blanc is crafted using the traditional bottle fermented technique from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes grown in the beautiful high elevation Potter Valley near the headwaters of the Russian River in Mendocino County. 100% barrel fermented and sur-lie aged in neutral French Burgundy barrels for 5 months and aged in the bottle for 3 years, has created a wine with a wonderful complexity of fruit, yeasty-toasty notes and a long crisp rich finish.
