California: Sonoma County
We have a very special Rosé for you in today’s budget-friendly Highway 12 Winery 2012 Special Release Sonoma Rosé.
This wine is refreshing and bursting with flavors of cherry, watermelon, citrus and rose petals. Enjoy this delightfully delicious wonder while we still have some summer left to enjoy!
Highway 12 winery is the labor of love of partners Michael Sebastiani (yes, of that Sebastiani family) and Paul Giusto. Their focus on crafting small lot wines from Sonoma County has paid big dividends for their faithful fans. Enjoy!
A beautiful soft red, similar to freshly steeped rose tea.
Deliciously heady aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, and candied cherry are laid overtop blood orange blossom, dried rose petals, and a touch of white tea.
A well balanced and inviting blend of juicy berries, exotic fruit, and sweet floral aromas. Red raspberry and fresh cherry mingle with lychee, blood orange, and fresh rose petals.
Slightly mouth drying, with a lovely bite of acidity and fruity flavors that linger and linger.
A Chinese chicken salad, with grilled chicken, snow peas, and toasted sesame seeds.
