This Russian River Valley Pinot Noir shows intense dark cherry and toasted vanilla aromas with a touch of classic Pinot Noir earthiness. It’s textured and balanced throughout the tasting experience and will pair nicely with a variety of lighter barbecued meats and vegetables.

Winemaking Notes After being hand harvested, these grapes were gently de-stemmed and loaded into 6 ton open-top fermentation tanks where they spent 16 to 20 days on the skins before finishing fermentation. The resulting wine was matured in predominately neutral French oak barrels for seven months.
