Made from a dry farmed Zinfandel vineyard in Adelaida District on the west-side of Paso Robles. These grapes are farmed per Craig and Julie’s specifications, picked at perfect ripeness these grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before fermenting in an open-top tank for about a week. After pressing the wine is aged 12 months in a mix of new and old American Oak barrels before bottling.

Vanilla bean, cassis, nutmeg and almond aromas. Red fruit, lush full body, savory spice, and elegant tannins on the palate. Perfect pairings are BBQ, pizza, Italian sausage, steak with béarnaise sauce, tomato based dishes, and charcuterie.
