Mountain grown and west side mid-valley fruit, this wine was barrel aged in 25% new tight grain medium toast French oak barrels and 75% 4 year old tight grain heavy toast French and American oak for 2 years to enable the mountain grown tannins to completely integrate and soften.

Due to impeccable barrel and cellar aging in bottle, this wine has evolved into an elegant and classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that is ready to drink now or to age a couple years more depending on your style and preference. Filled with flavors and aromas of black currants, dark cherry, plum and lavender with undertones of leather, tobacco, toasty mocha and a hint of spicy eucalyptus. Pairs well with traditional grilled beef, roasted lamb or hearty charcuterie and cheeses.
