Although we grow twelve different grape varieties in our vineyard, our Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme. With almost fifty acres of steep hills with multiple soils planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, our vineyard produces fruit of tremendous depth and complexity. The resulting wine always satisfies and intrigues, offering both wonderful varietal character and unique, terroir-driven spice.

The 2016 vintage is one we are proud of: with an opulent nose of elderberry, butterscotch, blackberry, and cherry pie, this wine showcases the flavor that vintage 2016 excelled in. Eminently drinkable, this wine is silksmooth and plush. Flavors of pomegranate, raspberry and molasses open into full-bodied forest floor and cocoa. Firm tannins mark the finish, which is kept lively with a fruity acidity. Pair with seared ribeye, roasted duck breast, or a Cabernet braised venison.
