100% biodynamically farmed as with all of Vincent’s wines, from the lowest part of the slope (the name 30 implies the grade here) of decomposed granite and the youngest vines in the estate vineyard, located in the lieu-dit of Mazards near St. Pierre and Patou. Up to 15% stems depending on the vintage. Vinification is done in 1/3 stainless steel and 2/3 barrel at low temperatures, using native yeasts. Aged 100% in neutral barrels, with no fining or filtration prior to bottling.

This is always a beautiful Cornas that allows for early (earlier anyway) drinking.
