Introducing our 2016 Russian River Valley Chardonnay, a blend of two vineyards. In addition to Catie’s Corner Vineyard on the valley floor with alluvial soils, we added Mill Station Vineyard, hidden in a cold pocket valley in West Sebastopol on Goldridge soil. Hand-harvested fruit is whole-cluster-pressed and settled before racked and fermented cold in stainless tanks. Aged sur-lie, and periodically rolled while the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation.

Brilliant, pale straw yellow with a faint tinge of green. Guava, stone fruit, pear, lemon, and honeysuckle give way to more subtle aromas of coconut, caramel, and lilies. Beautifully balanced, lively, and supple with great minerality and length. This is an excellent wine suited for any occasion from casual cheese and fruit pairing to the most elegant cuisine. Enjoy now through 2022.
