The pink color is obtained by sequential pneumatic pressing whole Pinot Noir grapes. Static settling about 48 hours is carried out at low temperatures. Fermentation tank temperatures range between 18 and 22 °C. Aging on lees occurs for 3 to 4 months. Light fining is followed by a tartaric stabilization. Bottling always occurs on the property.

Brilliant pale pink. The bouquet is fragrant with aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. Beautifully fresh on the palate and perfectly balanced.
