Valley Legend is the best representative of what we are trying to do. Staying balanced and focused, committed to grace and style, yet approaching the edge, “walking the plank” of great winemaking. That is what we do, and this wine shows that we do it well. This small production Cabernet Sauvignon stands with the best of them. Nothing has been spared to make these wines the best they can be.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the base of the blend, chosen to give structure to the wine. Merlot compliments the Cabernet and participates in the volume of mouth and aromatics. Malbec contributes to the complementary floral harmony of fruit aromas and participates in the color.

Exclusively hand-picked and sorted in the morning to harvest the fruit at a maximum temperature of 15° C. Secondary sorting was done by hand and machine to remove any debris, leafage, raisins, stems, jacks… only perfect whole berries allowed.

The wine was drained by gravity in new French oak barrels, and aged for twenty and a half months. The barrels were 59.6-gallon ones, the origin of the wood and the brand of the barrels were specially selected according to each wine lot, in order to respect the aromatic harmonies and the polyphenolic complementary.

This is Valley Legend, a wine of amazing quality that emerged from our passion and love of the process. Wonderful aromas of dark fruits, raspberry, with complements of anise, spices, cocoa, vanilla, and toasted/smoky oak, with a dash of tobacco and black tea. On the palate this is a smooth, balanced wine delivering all the aromas in a plush, smooth, flavorful body, leading to a finish kissed with oak but there’s enough ripe fruit to keep it all together.
