Of attractive red ruby color, clear and brilliant. Mature fruit, smoked and balsamic recollections. Balanced, fresh, easy to drink, good acidity. Its stands out its complexity, elegance, and sensational richness. Ideal for all kinds of meats, veal, lamb, game, especially with rich sauces, or seafood stews, cheeses, and charcuterie. Built to cellar for at least a decade, ideally in the 14-16 ºC range, and served best at 16-18 ºC.
