An endlessly elegant Nebbiolo wine sourced from three separate vineyards in Monforte. ‘San Giovanni,’ not far from the Barolo commune, contributes suave fruit; ‘Bricco San Pietro’ provides freshness; and ‘Ginestra’ the wine’s heady structure. Aged for over two years in traditional oak casks called “botti.”

Hand-harvested. Destemmed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tank. Aged in a combination of Stockinger oak cask (“botti,” 50HL) and cement tank for 30 months. Aromas of ripe red cherries, wildflower, rose, violet, cool menthol notes, spice. Medium-bodied, savory, balanced; fine-grained tannins. Pairing suggestions are grilled sausages, slow-braised meats, and mushroom-based dishes.
