Chateau Le Moulin is a tiny and secret vineyard covering 2.40 hectares in Pomerol appellation with 40 years old average vines that grow on sandy-rocky soils. The juice is put into stainless steel conical vats to tailor maceration and the whole process. Cold fermentation so all freshness and purity can be preserved. Then the aging occurred in 100% new oak barrels.

Pretty aromas of hibiscus, pomegranate, wild cherry, and red tea. This Pomerol is deep, long, and dense. A hint of milk chocolate, too. It’s full-bodied with chewy tannins. Velvety finish with a mellow mouthfeel.
