This Côte-Rôtie is a cuvée produced for 3 generations. In 2013, when Maxime Gourdain took over the reins of the business, he decided to rename it to become Drevon, thus paying homage to his predecessors André and Louis Drevon. This cuvée is born from the assembly of different plots of the estate, vinified, then aged in barrels in the cellar of the Rosiers estate, before being assembled for bottling.

Manual harvest, destemmed and crushed at the start of vinification. The share of new barrels during aging is 25%. This cuvée is made from 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier. It has the advantage of being able to quickly develop a blend of its tannins and thus allow it to be appreciated as well from its first years or, on the contrary, in the context of later consumption. Laying down for 4 -15 years past the vintage is recommended.
