The Piedmont of Pech Tenarel is a slope covered with yellow sands of Aeolian origin; a terroir with high-quality potential, classified in Cru Boutenac appellation. Manual sorting on arrival in the cellar. The grapes are harvested and put directly in new 300 L oak barrels for fermentation. Daily manual punching down for 20 days. 100% aging in oak barrels of 300L for 12 months. A cherry red color. A floral aroma with garrigue and raspberry notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and generous with silky tannins, we find notes of licorice and black olives. Service temperature of 18 to 20 °, can be kept for 10 years.
