With this cuvée, Domaine Bordenave-Coustarret offers a sweet and delicious wine with freshness at the same time. We delight in its juicy and tangy mouthfeel with notes of yellow peach, pineapple, and passion fruit.

The harvest is done in several tries in order to pick up only the fully matured grapes and runs from mid-October until November. It starts with the Gros Manseng followed by the Petit Manseng, which reaches a greater complexity. Jurançon moelleux are fruity, fresh, and food-friendly wines and are a very good introduction to the world of sweet wines.

After a short static settling, the fermentation occurs with natural yeasts, in controlled temperature, stainless steel vats. The wines are aged in barrels on fine lees for 12 months.

The nose is delicate with scents of fresh fruit. On the palate, the wine is sweet and round, expressing aromas of litchi and ripe fruit, and the final note brings back the freshness and aromas of pineapple. Already pleasant this wine could wait for 10 years. Great as an aperitif, it’s also a good match with goat cheese, white meat, Roquefort, melon, foie gras, or tropical fruit desserts.
