Abundant rainfall with recurring storms in the spring. The budbreak & bloom periods occurred with no issues. The summer long/warm with few extreme heat spikes. We are above the fog 2200 ft. Lots of beautiful sunlight. Plenty of “hang time” teasing out excellent color, structure & relatively softer tannins but plenty of grip. Low yield & exceptionally gorgeous ripe fruit. Hand harvested by family & friends.

Cold soak two days open top fermenters with three daily punchdowns for two weeks then pressed at dryness to tank. Then the wine was transferred to French barrique 40% new Aged 22 months bottled no fining or filtration.
