Pouilly-Fuissé La Maréchaude is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. La Maréchaude is one of the last plots acquired by the estate thanks to Vivien (our son) in 2013. The vines are still young (20 years old) but the terroir is magnificent! limestone, on a very marked slope. so marked that the plot needs to be worked exclusively by hand. The work there is exhausting, more than any other, but with enormous potential.

A nose with aromas of flowers, yellow fruits, with citrus notes. The palate is powerful and charming. This wine has a beautiful structure and a great minerality which brings a lot of freshness. It can be eaten at 12°C with all meats in white sauce, Burgundy snails, fine fish and even certain cheeses with character.
