Deep, dark ink with touches of ruby and Ferrari Red. An explosion of cedar, salt, rosemary, and violets with lavender, roses, blackberries, and vanilla extract, lingering of tulips and blueberry pie. On the palate it’s soft entrance evolving on a fruity mid-palate with touches of blueberry and blackberry jam, lingering on granular fine tannins with plum and cherry pie.

Deep garnet colored, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is profoundly scented of blueberry pie, crème de cassis, mocha, sandalwood, cigar box and spice cake with hints of dried lavender and licorice. Medium-bodied, the palate is elegant and finely structured with evolved, velvety tannins and seamless freshness supporting the complex, matured fruit. It finishes long and layered.
