Making a great wine is an act of generosity, always considering the one who will taste it. Our mission is to produce limited series of great wines proudly made in Argentina. It’s manually harvested and a selection of the bunches occurs in the winery. A 2-hour pre-fermentative maceration between 5 and 8°C is followed by alcoholic fermentation, half in stainless steel tanks, and the other half in French oak barrels, that go through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, followed by aging for 9 months.
This resulting Chardonnay is lemon-yellow with a bright green hue. Its aroma expresses tropical fruits with notes of toasted almonds and honey, given its aging in French oak. The palate is intense and smooth, with balanced acidity and a long elegant finish.
