First planted in 1967 by longtime owner Pat Haynes, the site in Coombsville, has been continually farming its original rootstock - making it one of Napa Valley’s oldest Chardonnay vineyards to be farmed this way.

This lovely wine is subtle on the nose at first, but opens up to a full nose of ripe fruit, with a tropical component that is refreshing. It opens up on the palate to rich fruit and spice flavors that coat the tongue, balanced toward the soft side, but with underlying acidity that balances the richness.
