Carucci Wines is a small, family-owned and operated winery producing single vineyard wines from California’s Central Coast. Completely self-taught as a winemaker. Eric Carucci has a knack for finding exceptional vineyards and showcasing their unique character.

In the cellar native yeasts, whole cluster fermentation and very limited amounts of new oak are utilized to create a transparent, nuanced and soulful interpretation of each site. We rely on impeccable farming and believe that working closely with Mother Nature is the only way to produce truly timeless wines. The results are modern wines with old world sensibilities.
