The Condrieu appellation extends over 7 communes on the right bank of the Rhône: Condrieu, Vérin, Saint Michel-sur-Rhône, Chavanay, St Pierre-de-bœuf, Malleval and Limony and over 3 departments, Rhône, Loire and Ardèche. The vineyard is located between 150 and 300 meters above sea level on steep slopes.
