The beautiful landscape within the small appellation of Knights Valley is highlighted by an impressive array of volcanic, alluvial, and gravel-based soils, hot days and cool nights.

This Cabernet Sauvignon features a deep purple-blue hue and classic aromas of ripe red and black fruits, fresh herbs, and cigar box. Bright and rich on the palate, the flavor profile is brimming with engaging notes of dark cherry, ripe plum, wild berries and layers of spice. Generous and full-bodied, and complimented with chewy tannins, this wine has firm structure and a long, persistent finish.
