Château La Tour Blanche is a First Growth of Sauternes classified in 1855 that its right under Yquem in pedigree. Besides its production of sweet white wines, this prestigious estate also produces Bordeaux wines including this dry white wine called Léonie de La Tour Blanche. Very expressive it reveals scents of citrus zest like lemon and bergamot, as well as honeysuckle notes. The palate is full and refreshing and the lemon aromas are still present with a touch of grapefruit and a high aromatic persistency.

Fermentation and aging in new oak barrels for the Sémillon, and in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for the Sauvignon Blanc. Blending is done after 18 months in half new, half neutral oak.
