The vineyard consists of a 2-hectare plot named “El Peinao,” located in Clavijo at an altitude of 546 meters above sea level. The soil is loam-textured with a silty clay composition, rich in coarse silt and, to a lesser extent, alluvial deposits. Its East-West orientation, slight slope, good aeration, and excellent sun exposure provide optimal conditions for the grape bunches. Sustainable and minimally invasive viticulture practices are employed, using organic fertilizers without herbicides or systemic products. The soil is minimally tilled to preserve its natural structure.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Garnacha Blanca grapes. Harvesting is done manually in early October, with the grapes carefully collected in 15-kg boxes. At the winery, the bunches undergo a manual selection process before being gently pressed. The juice is then statically racked and fermented in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels. The wine is aged on its lees for 10 months with weekly bâtonnage, enhancing its complexity and texture.
