The Dickerson Vineyard, located on Zinfandel Lane on the west side of the Napa Valley, is a small, superlative vineyard with low crop levels. From this enviably situated site, sheltered by the Mayacamas Mountains, comes fruit that produces exceptional, classic Zinfandels.

In 2009, the Dickerson Vineyard Zinfandel is particularly bright and fresh. An intensely perfumed bouquet displays fresh black raspberry, cedar, mint, and exotic orange that give it a Bergamot-like spice quality. The mouthfeel is big and ripe, but precise, displaying a sensation of sweetness that is nicely balanced with a tangy acidity. A long, juicy finish exhibits distinct minty mulberry flavors and a mineral driven persistence.
