Mia and Persey are two expressions of the same grapes. By exposing our fruit to slightly different environmental conditions in the winery, we’ve allowed these grapes to show their broad range of expression. Persey teases with a brilliant, medium ruby color. The aromatics offer scents of fresh red cherry and red currant, with supporting notes of slate and five spice powder. The palate is true to the scent, delivering a red fruit-forward core with flavors of cranberry, red plum, and toasted spices. The finish is long with lingering, silky tannins. Persey is full-bodied and perfectly balanced.
