About This Wine:

Cherry red colour. Aromas of fresh fruit, with highlights of cherry and blackberry on a spiced background from the four months ageing in oak cask. In the mouth, it is elegant. It is an extensive wine, generous in aromas that succeed each other during its evolution in the glass.

Production Notes: The grapes with which it is made come from our own vineyard and are picked by hand. Destalked and crushed grapes. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 28C and maceration for 16 days. Maceration and rack return after the malolactic fermentation, the wine remained in the casks for several months.
