Alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins (25-30 days) at a controlled temperature and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, both in truncated cone-shaped Slavonian oak vats. At first glance the wine is deep ruby red color with garnet hues. As soon as the glass is raised it presents ethereal, of red fruit and vanilla, persistent. Very harmonious, excellent tannicity and structure, very persistent. Pair with roasted red meats, game and aged cheeses.
