This exquisite wine embodies Cabernet vineyard from OAK KNOLL District, Napa Valley, Merlot from from Gordon Valley located south east mountains of Napa Valley, Cabernet Franc from from Olive Hill off Hagen Road, east side valley floor, Napa Valley and Petite Sirah from Gordon Valley, in the Napa Valley.
The 04 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve experienced major “HANG TIME” to be harvested at substantial ripeness. This allowed our winemaking and aging to be about management of very significant fruit structure with barrel aging and long slow cool temperature aging.
This complex dry red wine now being released is confirmation of our efforts in this process.
