From one of the top growers and winemakers in the hallowed vineyards of Chassagne—where he has superb holdings, as well, in the Grand Crus—comes this Bourgogne Blanc with aromas and flavors several steps above its simple Appelation Controlee.There are subtle notes to be found of almond, ripe apple and citrus. The balance is quite fine and the chardonnay fruit lasts through to a fairly lengthy finish.
