The Barolo Brunate’s grapes come from a historic and prestigious Cru that gives the wine great elegance, finesse and longevity. The vineyard was planted in 1942, with limestone soil and a southern exposure. It is a more austere, more complex and more mineral Barolo compared to others, that needs time to express its great potential.

Ruby red tending to garnet. Intense nose, complex, delicate, very elegant and very powerful at the same time. Small red berries, balsamic notes of sage and mint that become gradually more evident when the wine opens up in the glass. Floral and flint notes follow. In the mouth the tannins are silky and well integrated together with a lovely balance
