The Dehours’ Estate makes wines from the family vineyards, following methods of production that respect biodiversity (Working the ground and allowing grass to grow between the vines). The wines are fully aged on lees and clarified by natural settling without filtration or fining.
The 2015 blends equal parts Meunier and Pinot Noir from selected top parcels - 50% of Meunier from Port à Binson and Cerseuil and 50% of Pinot Noir from the “ Maisoncelle” plot. Six years en tirage and have lent it gras and harmony. Despite the designation, this is not dosed, effectively making it a Brut Nature.
