Working the vines with respect for living organisms and minimal intervention. Exclusively from the Largillier monopole, made from Pinot Noir grapes of a single vintage. This wine iscomposed of two sub-parcels, FRUIT and FLEUR, vinified separately and blended in April-May. As the names of these two sub-parcels suggest, fruit and white flowers dominate, accompanied by notes of licorice. In some vintages, red fruit is more prominent. The attack is ample (due to the clay soil of KM2), mineral, and refreshing, leading to a long finish (due to the limestone soil of KM2).
