Our Winery Estate vineyard is located directly in front of our winery off highway 29 in the heart of the Rutherford AVA. Consisting of just 3.5 acres, this estate was planted to Merlot and Sangiovese in 2000. Our Sangiovese was planted as an experiment to see how this popular Italian grape would perform in the fabled Rutherford dust, this wine has now become a legacy at Pestoni Family. The location, weather and unique soils combine to produce a lively wine with all the character one expects from this region.
