Saphi Vineyard is the estate’s own vineyard in the heart of the Coombsville AVA, dry-farmed, practicing organic methods (no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides).
A very intriguing nose of preserved lime, lychee, and peach cream, with a hint of vanilla from oak ageing (from critic review; winery-sourced tasting notes not located for this vintage). Similar wines described as aromatic, vibrant, medium-bodied with notes of citrus peel, melon rind, wet stones, and zippy acidity.
