Ruby, red in color. The cold fermentation gives a rich concentration with intense dark fruit such as black currant. Long, lasting finish. A friendly version of Bordeaux wine.
The grapes are directly destemmed. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tank with careful temperature control, allowing us to obtain the best color and to extract the optimum amount of tannin.
