Fewer than 4,000 bottles were produced of this stunning wine whose origin is entirely in Terres Blanches. With its unusual basis in Mourvèdre (more even than Beaucastel), it is well-suited to its élevage in barriques and foudres, which serves to soften and bolster this famously robust variety. The wine is simultaneously succulent and firm, and has justifiably garnered some glowing reviews.

The whole of the plots is disseminated on the totality of the appellation’s area, which allows easy access to different terroirs and a varied range of wines. Nevertheless, one of the characteristics of the estate remains a small place on the plateau named “Terres Blanches” located in the north of the appellation. This plateau is the highest point of view in Chateauneuf-du-Pape and, as a result, is always sunny and well-drained by Mistral. Here ripening is favored and diseases still are infrequent.
