Organically farmed from the Moon Mountain District. 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Moon Mountain District was raised in 90% new oak for 18 months and pours an inky red/black hue. Brooding and concentrated aromas of black plum, licorice, lavender oil, and tarry earth emerge from the glass. Ripe and full-bodied, without excess weight, it offers ripe tannins and great lift on the finish. A very well-balanced wine.
