Our flagship Zinfandel - Maple Vineyard is located on the northern bench of Dry Creek Road, which is pretty important real estate for heritage plantings of Zinfandel. Truly old-vine Zin, the oldest block was planted in 1910, linking our current wines to the rich history and traditions of the early immigrants to Dry Creek Valley.

The fruit was picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed and fermented at cool temperatures to enhance the fruit profile. Aging in 20% new French Oak gives a robust structure to complement the wine’s density and richness.

Blackberry, black pepper, and bramble are complimented by a touch of oak to round out the aromatic profile. The mouthfeel is classic Zinfandel with both bright fruit and savory richnessnthat just keep giving through the long finish.
