The Corbaia vineyard is the historic Cabernet Sauvignon planting on the estate (over 40 years old), located in the southern slopes of Castelnuovo Berardenga with calcareous clay and stony soils at approximately 350 meters elevation. High-density planting and low yields contribute to concentrated fruit with structure and elegance.

Intense ruby-red in color with garnet highlights, Corbaia offers jammy aromas of black currants, cherries, and cassis backed by hints of tobacco, mocha, and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied yet supple and layered with a rich texture and well-integrated tannins. A blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, stainless steel-fermented and matured in Allier oak barriques for superb finesse and elegance.
