El Sabio Frestón is part of Tooth & Nail’s Don Quixote series — wines inspired by the characters of Miguel de Cervantes’ 17th century Spanish epic, created exclusively for Wine Club members. The blend is sourced from Tooth & Nail’s sustainably grown, organically farmed vineyards in Paso Robles, where deficit irrigation conserves water while concentrating flavors, and hand labor is used for weed abatement as an alternative to herbicides.

Seductive aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and lavender. On the palate, flavors of red currant, fig and black pepper are carried by a velvety, grippy texture. Aged 18 months in neutral oak.
