Grown in their coolest slaty vineyards in the Kitzeck-Sausal area at an average altitude of 500 meters, it is an authoritative, slightly reduced wine that knocks out with its coiled power and spiel of fruit and mineral. The only top Sauvignon made by Polz in steel. Peach and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. On the palate, slate minerality, currants with juicy fruit sweetness, silky, multifaceted, with great length and drinkability. Dry, expressive, taut, and fresh.
